Camped in lenoir city and were leaving in 2 days when noticed a leak in tire stem. Needed a valve stem replaced on rv tire. Called on Friday and they were able to take us in the next morning. Got there at 7am and valve was fixed by 8:30am!

Stopped to have a tire checked for a slow leak. They took my vehicle right in; they found and removed a screw and plugged the tire. To top it off, there was no charge for the service. One could not ask for better service, and I intend to return to this business when I purchase new tires.

I was passing through when my vehicle suddenly broke down.. the tow man recommended this place, and for good reason..they were completely helpful and didn’t charge me a thing to diagnose that my car engine died on me.. they offered me all sorts of suggestions and assisted me in anything I needed and I am just so grateful of all the places I could’ve broke down, that I broke down then..thank you specifically to Eugene..

I have dealt with Matlock Tire for the last 13 years. During that time they have always been good to deal with. I was the Lenoir City store today and sat in the waiting area while the work was being done on my car. As I sat there I listened to the conversations that the service writers were having with other customers. It was a pleasure to hear Tim, Craig and David provide real professional customer service. It was also a refreshing to hear them deal honestly with the customers. There were several instances where they could have easily have charged the customers for work that wasn’t really needed. In every case that I overheard they were truthful with the customers about what was needed.

It is always a pleasure doing business with Matlock tire.
